About Acclivity Integrated Physical Therapy, LLC.

We offer services without involvement with insurance companies or third-party payers, allowing us to create a closer relationship with our patients without the added constraints and delay of navigating insurance requirements. This personalized approach eliminates the stresses and limitations that often come with insurance coverage and instead puts the focus on the patient's needs and goals, encouraging them to achieve optimal and efficient results with our support and guidance.
This model further assists us in the ability to continue to treat patients with one on one attention, individualized treatment plans and with the highest standard of care by our Doctor of Physical Therapy. Dictations by the insurance companies regarding type of care, appointment approvals and reimbursement rates force many physical therapy clinics to treat multiple patients at one time, reducing the quality of care and amount of time spent with each patient as well as force clinics to utilize therapy assistants or therapy techs to complete care. This will never be the case at Acclivity Integrated Physical Therapy as your experience and outcomes are a priority to us!

The results of eliminating third party payers have proved superior as patients are not only able to achieve their goals more quickly but to surpass expectations within the same time frame, or sooner! This is due to the ability to provide quality care for every minute of every session with the patient.
With the ability to maximize our time together also comes the reduced need to see patients as frequently compared to a traditional model. Rather than commuting to a physical therapy clinic 2-3 times a week, time for the patient is saved by a Doctor of Physical Therapy coming to you typically one time a week, resulting in less time taking the patient away from doing the things they love, providing for their families or spending time with the people who mean the most to them. Our goal is to add quality to your life, never taking you away from what is important!
While we do collect our fees directly from our patients, we can provide an itemized superbill to submit to their insurance company. By submitting this, you may be able to be reimbursed a percentage of the cost you have paid from your insurance company.
