First of all Amethyst is very knowledgeable about how the human body works. once she assesses your problem she gets right to work on a plan to fix it.  Amethyst is very friendly and makes sure to e plain what she is doing while making sure you are comfortable. Having PT sessions in the comfort and privacy of your home is definitely the way to go! In my opinion, Acclivity Integrated PT gets a 5 star rating!

Amethyst is, hands down, one of the best PTs I have ever encountered. I have had personal experience with her treatment methods (MYK, Myofascial Release, manual therapies and Visceral Mobilization) as have my husband and grandson. Amethyst is AMAZING! After a slip & fall with concussion, I was in bad shape. She took the time to listen to me, then created a plan to get me back on track. Her techniques helped me to start moving again with little to no pain. I will be using Amethyst next time I need PT!

Amethyst is AMAZING, I think a she is a miracle worker. I so many times would tell her this part of my body hurts and she would work somewhere else. Amethyst was Amazing!!! She identified the problem very quickly in the first session! I am a runner and she helped me realign my hips and back after having a lot of pain in my back and foot! Great stretches and even ones I could do from home! I have seen a lot of other PT’s and she is by far the best!!!

I met Amethyst at a rock climbing gym while I was recovering from a recent surgery…having found out she was a PT, and wanting to make a change to my ongoing PT needs, I scheduled an appointment with her. Best decision of my physical therapy experience—which at that point, due to my accident, I had been in physical therapy for over 4 years. I knew my experience with Amethyst was going to be different than any approach I’d ever had, and it was going to be a welcome change. From our initial consultation and treatment plan, I was thrilled and impressed with her ability to sense my needs through her well-trained hands. Amethyst is my #1 favorite physical therapist I’ve ever had! I have followed and will continue to follow Amethyst wherever she goes. I struggle with chronic jaw pain and chronic migraines that stem from clenching my jaw. Amethyst consistently provides me with the best, most updated, and efficient treatment I have ever experienced. I used to use pain killers and my rescue migraine medicine, daily and weekly, respectively. Now, even just with a monthly maintenance visit (to keep my neck and spine nerves in check and to release jaw tension), I am able to live a more free and active lifestyle! No more canceling plans and laying in a dark room due to constant migraines…it’s life changing.
